To access a hard copy of a completed physical, you may print a copy of the physical form from the RankOne Website, or request a copy from your son/daughters campus. A blank copy of the physical form may be accessed by visiting "https://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/PrePhysFormRvsd2026.pdf" .

ALL RankOne forms for the 2026-2027 school year will go live starting May 1st. Online forms and physicals are due by July 31st in order to participate in the 2026-2027 season. The sooner you get the online forms done the sooner they can be reviewed.
